Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on our website and printed materials are starting prices. Your final price is confirmed after a walkthrough or photos and depends on the size, condition and scope of the job. Your confirmed quote governs the job.

SMS text messaging terms

Program: Puretek Global Cleaning customer care texts.
What you will receive: messages about your quote, scheduling, appointment reminders and service updates, and replies to messages you send us.
How you opt in: by providing your mobile number on our quote request form and agreeing to receive texts, or by texting us first.
Frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message.
Help: reply HELP or call 346-615-4646.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Changes or cancellations should be made as early as possible.

Satisfaction

If anything is not up to standard, tell us promptly and we will come back to make it right.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
